Yes I understand that it was written by the customer, but if I allowed people to post untrue stuff to a website that had my name on, I might take exception to what was written? As customers would expect and probably demand the same engine that was build by them with the same results.

I fine it as a stretch also, but if I was to have Hughs build a motor for me, I would point to that posting and say, one just like that? "You know what I mean Vern"

It is apparently a letter from a customer that Hughes posted on their website, not a piece written by Hughes employees themselves, fwiw. Kinda like a restaurants posting positive reviews about their eating place on the restaurant's website.
