I have never had a problem with Muscle Motors, they are a good group of guys

I sprayed WD-40 all over the thing and kept it in a black plastic bag, but somehow some moisture must have gotten in there as there is what looks like discoloration on the cylinder walls and head surface areas.

I have one of those cylinder hone gizmos ( the one with all the little grinder balls on it ) that I used when I did my Poly rebuild - would it be okay if I used it to clean up the cylinder walls?  Or is there a better way?  Or am I completely hosed here?
