My 69 Super Bee came the same way...Hurst handle with 4 {FOUR} bends in it then Inland the rest of the way. BTW I broke the pin in it 3 times then went with a HURST Ram Rod inline competition shifter The BEST shifter I ever used.

Think 1966 was 1st of the Inland. Ma Mopar went back to Hurst in 68
