Re: Spark Plugs

Hi fellas and gal,
I have trouble relating to spark plug issues. As long as you have the correct heat range unit I can't believe the engine knows one brand from another. Look at the construction of a plug, it's so simple, it just needs to transfer electricity across a gap to create a exposed spark and not burn up in the combustion process. In my experience (47 years) I can't recall any performance problems being solved by switching brands of plugs. My 2 cents! ( Steve, an equivalent to the old J-13 Champion should be right in the ballpark for your motor)

I wish all you members a great holiday season!
