64 Polara value

I'm considering selling my 64 Polara and I wonder what you guys think it's worth. I realize this is subjective to a lot of factors, so I'm just looking for a ballpark figure. Everything mechanical was rebuilt 9k ago. 426 engine(nom), cam, headers, intake, holley, 4 spd, hurst pistol grip, 3:91 gears, SSBC discs, carpet, bucket seat covers, clutch, etc. California car. so 1 small rust spot under quarter. Nasty paint, but body is nice. Car runs and drives good. Overdrive 4-spd,  Jegs chrome wheels. Needs paint, chrome, rear door panels  and back seat recovered. Few extra parts go with it.
What do you guys think?
Jeff

Hello all, I think I may have stumbled upon a sway bar for my 65 belvedere.
It came off of a 66 charger but the site here says that the early 66
chargers used the same sway bar as our 62-65 cars. Is this what I have?
Also, I was wondering how I did on it. Does anyone know what these sell
for? Anyone know if there are bushings available for this thing? I'm just
trying to decide whether to try and put it on the car or just sell it.
Don't really know how much trouble these things are to use. Thanks guys!

Front bar. The bar attaches at the rear by clamping on to the strut rods.

The Mopar is a 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 that has a good story with it. I assume
most of our 1st Mopars from 40 plus years ago are now iron oxide or part of the
canned metal on grocery store shelves.

Have your amp meter converted to a volt meter, and leave it where it belongs
Any instrument shop can do it. It will look right and you will still have
    room for a clock!

I want to do away with the amp meter and put a volt meter where the clock

That's what I'm planning for both of my '64 Darts. Don't think it can
be done by human beings without pulling the inst cluster. There's some
wiring modifications needed to eliminate the ammeter. I'm going with
this guy because he's been very helpful on the For A Bodies Only site,
and I like the look of his work! Look here:

Mo, I put an two inch SunPro vacuum guage in where the clock would be in my '65 Coronet. Remove the clock face, and the mounting clamp will hold it in place as surely as in a guage panel. Warren

    Timothy Arnold <timna74@xxxxxxxxx> May 03 11:59PM -0700

Going to get my 65 coronet in paint very soon. Meanwhile I wanted to start
fixing the trim & getting the needed clips so I can install them when it's
    complete

First off, I need a few clips for the outside back window trim I am
    assuming these are them?
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mopar-Rear-Window-Trim-Clips-Hardtop-64-Polara-Fury-Savoy-65-Coronet-Satellite-/290807006838
dumb question now is how do they install? & can I install them with the
    glass in place?

Next is I have several trim pieces that have been damaged sometime in the
past, they were pop riveted on the car & I need to fill the holes in the
trim. I heard of a product called Alumiweld, anyone every use it? I just
want something to repair the holes that I can do (without a welder or
spending $ to have someone do it) & make it will look decent until I can
find a replacement piece. Here is a pic of one of the several holes
    http://s8.photobucket.com/user/tnaz71/media/2013-05-03213051_zps5bd521ca.jpg.html

Last question, when I took the trim off the doors it was held on by these
    clips
    http://s8.photobucket.com/user/tnaz71/media/2013-05-03212802_zpsa3fffc0f.jpg.html.
In that picture it has some black rubber type substance on it, is that a
type of glue? Some of the clips have it & some don't. I am assuming its
to seal the water from coming in, what material can I use on the clips to
have them water tight again? silicone perhaps?

    Thanks
    Tim

    Donald Gallimore <dongallimore@xxxxxxx> May 04 02:53AM -0700

What trim line do you have - I stripped a low level model of a 2 dr '65 Coronet
10-15 years ago and have a few pieces of trim in the attic of the car house.

The trim clips are clipped on little studs already welded to the body. You can
install the clips with with the glass in. I did that myself but I did chip the
paint in a couple of places.

Alumiweld - I bought some at ACN Carlise a few years ago. The guy showing the
stuff made it look so easy. Not been to successful in practice at home. So
remember the old adage - practice, practice, practice.

I would epoxy a small piece of aluminum behind the hole before filling it in

    Thanks for input!

Putting a piece behind sounds like a good idea!

Don, my car is the 440 model,  65 coronet 2dr ht. The damaged piece is the left rear quarter panel lower piece.

    Thanks
