Basically finding an engine that matches to this car by dates(cast at the end of 1964) and has required bosses IMHO would be hard...Engine I have now is cast december 1964 so it does fit into "time window". And I do not care if engine is 1 5/8" too rear.... Attached are few pics how engine is installed currently(318 LA) Can someone tell me by these pics if K-member is 66 or 65?

If it is like the B Body cars, then the engine will sit slightly closer to the firewall ( 1 5/8" if I recall right) with a 1966 verses a 1965 K member.
