Looks like both of the New Yorkers are located here in Topeka. IF any of you are interested in either of them and you want someone to take a close look at them, I can go look at either of them for you. I'm retired and it's to damn cold to do anything else here in Topeka. My garage has NO heat yet. lol Let me know guys if I can be of any help to you.
