RE: Perhaps a little off topic...

Getting in on this discussion. I have a mildly built 440/727 in my 65 Polara right now, which I'm happy with. I had a 73 340 Duster 4 speed back about 14 or 15 years ago. In the quarter mile or light to light, that duster would EAT my Polara for all three meals of the day. My 440 would take it on the highway. Both had 3.23 gears. Just my little contribution to0 the subject.
