A factory 426W car is the top of the heap in pricing for the 64/65 vehicles, other than a Max Wedge or Hemi car.

All done, that car restored is worth somewhere over $35,000.  But to get that one there, you are going to spend close to that amount of money. Bad investment and lots of work/time/money to get it there. 

I'd look at this as a parts donor. Maybe a $1,000 car if it's my wallet footing the bill.

I know I'm late to this party but I gotta voice my opinion.  This guy is asking AT LEAST $9,000 more than what it's worth.  From the pictures it looks like a massive puzzle and probably with pieces missing.  I paid $750 for my 65 Polara as it sits right now, minus the rims, tires, rebuilt 440 and custom built tranny.  I drove it home, albeit with difficulty due to the fact it had very little tranny fluid in it.  But still, I drove it home.  I have attached a couple pics to show you what I got for $750.  The first one was taken shortly after I bought it.  The second is obviously with the new rims and tires.  The car still looks the same today.  That 64 is worth, in my opinion, $200-300.
