Actually, Exner's last year as head of styling was for the 1963 model year.  

The 1962 models were approved for production in mid-1960 and Chrysler management ordered a front end restyle for 1963 on Plymouth and Dodge, a year before the 1962 models went into production.  Once the front end styling was firmed up, management decided to come up with the money to redo the rest of the car.   The 1963 cars were all but finalized by the fall of 1961.  

L.L. Colbert was replaced by Lynn Townsend as president of Chrysler Corp. on July 27, 1961 and Exner was relieved of his position and replaced by Elwood Engel in November of 1961.  When Engel arrived at Chrysler he was shown the production-ready 1963 cars styled under Virgil Exner.  Engel apparently could not see what the fuss was about as he thought the 1963 models were marketable cars

But then, someone had to pay the price for the 1962 Plymouths and Dodges.

The last two cars on the list are the same vehicle, although one of them was stored for forty years.  According to the body tag the original engine was a 318, not a 383.  There is no code on the tag for the engine so the engine installed as the factory was the base engine - a 318.   Too bad they did not tape off the VIN tag.  The first two digits on the tag have been filled in with paint.
