I would say Yes it is correct!  Or someone went through a lot of trouble fabricating the pushbutton delete trim on the left side!  Or opposite of the heat controls if you will.  The floor looks suspect where the shifter protrudes, the pedals look correct.  I have seen one other one, the stick cars were probably the first to be scrapped due to inconvenience or undesirability of shifting.  The 361/383 is a plus to many!  A rare bird today...but are all FL cars not rare?  I guess your question is, is it collectable?  Probably not, unless you plan on making it a concourse level restoration.  If I was going to spend that kind of money on a car, I would do a 60 Dodge or a 61-63 Imperial or something along those lines.  Just my 2¢
