The light in question is a single LED added to the panel below the heater controls.  The 4-way hazard switch is on the column of a B-van and the warning lights are the turn signal indicators in the speedometer.

Well, I can't claim to be an expert, but it just doesn't look aftermarket.

The heater etc controls are standard and this was built into that panel when it was made.
