Don't forget the option of using Australian A-body parts...

The 5 on 4.5" pattern was used here from 1971 to 1981, but with a bigger stub axle and wheel bearings (these were changed after endurance attempts found the weakness in the old wheel bearing size), so you need spindle and all.

Both drum and vented disc options are plentiful here.

By the way, I understood your A-body cars went over to 5 on 4.5" about 1973 or '74.
