Sounds like all of the rust repair remains to be done.  Just that and paint will cost you more than the price of the car, unless you are able to do the work yourself.  So you'd be approaching $15K with all of the assembly work yet to be done.  Also what kind of shape are motor/tranny etc.  Plus I'd want to show up in Indiana to see if it was actually there etc., etc, etc.
