I'm guessing the one pictured to the right is for a Saratoga.

I'm guessing the one pictured to the right is for a '58 Saratoga.
Since the panel is dated February 1957, I would guess it's rather from a 1957 Chrysler model.
My guess is that it is for a '57 Saratoga like this one:
