Location: So. Cal | There was another steering wheel for police. They used the full horn ring wheel from a 1957 Plymouth. |

Location: Ohio | Not the actual “steering wheel” but related, the plain horn ring used on 1959 Dodge models was also used on 1960 Dodge Dart Seneca models with 3-speed on the column manual transmission
The attached picture is a steering wheel from a 1960 Dodge Seneca. The steering wheel is hard plastic.

Location: Connecticut | Two types of steering wheels - rubber and plastic. Rubber was single tone. Plastic, aka optional 'Deluxe' wheel was two tone. No differentiation between standard and auto trans. Ron |

Didnt Highway Patrol vehicles get a white steering wheel some years? I believe it was because black would get hot in the sun. |
