On my way to work this afternoon, I was pleased to get a call from Dr. DeSoto...

For more than an hour, Brent and I spoke of MoPars... and fins... and of this illness we share in regard to classic cars.

It's always nice to have an actual conversation with one of the members of this board.

Today's telephone call made me realize even more what a closely-knit group we are... and just how fortunate we have been to get to know / help each other through this site.

It's an honor to be associated with this great bunch of people. Thanks for being here.

Yes, Nathan, it was fun talking with you.

Nathan asked about finding metal shavings in his oil in a recent thread. Having found similar "glitter" in the pan of many an old car over the years, I sent an email to Nathan on the subject. It is sometimes easier and a lot faster to just pick up the phone, and that was what happened.

Nathan is a sick man. Fins on the Brain. No known cure.

I have the same malady. Been itchin' for them for years.

Always good to share the "pain". Thanks Nathan.

I'll see if I can't locate some of those parts for you.

B.
