Here is my 1962 Chrysler newport. I don't want to sell it but I am looking to get something a little older. She is a project but I drive her every day. Freshly rebuilt tranny in april shifts great, the 361 runs great could use a tune up, drive to boston all the time with no issues. Brand new chrome reverse smoothies, interior needs a little love, needs brake work to be safe. has rot that would need to be adressed but its not the worst. The biggest issue would be the brakes which in my opinion should be converted to disk. You just never see these at all and it is most definately an eye-catcher. Every time i drive it it's a sea of thumbs-up! A lot of potential just needs some love. has brand new dual exhaust but a recent leak at the headers developed however I'll include a brand-new set of black hedman headers. Call 603-235-8574

So THAT'S what a rat rod looks like!!!!
Always wondered what the hell they were.
The car on the other hand, is totaly disgusting

So, he drives this every day in Boston....

But it needs brake work to be safe?????

I don't mind this car actually . . . I do agree with you that a car that is a daily driver should not be in need of brake work to be safe

That's one way of keeping people from leaning against the front of your car, I guess........

I can't think of a better way to do up a 62 Chrysler to distract the viewer from the missing fins.

"Perfect !" I say !

The color combo is bothering me. I just can't quite deal with it. I do like the girls though.
