Expert 5K+ Posts: 9743 Location: So. Cal | Does anyone know of a good place to take pot metal to be re-chromed in S. Cal? I have a number of pieces that are pitted and need work. How about stainless trim restoration? Normally I can do a limited amount of this work, but I have some that are beyond my skill level.

It's from my old 300F. The one on the new one has the piece that fits into the stainless molding broken off on one side. Are you saying it will get warped from the rechroming? Gary Goers has repro one.

Location: Under the X in Texas | I'm not sure in your pictures if it is fractured, ever been hit by another car, or what. If it lays on your sheet metal now with no issues, then it should after chroming as well.
