Location: Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island, Canada | In simple terms, the Coronet is base model, Royal is mid range, Custom Royal is the high end model in the range.
The Royal has plainer upholstery, less ornamentation than the Custom Royal.
The Lancer name refers to the pillarless hardtops in each model, whether 2 door or 4 door hardtop.
