Where is the best place to have a '55 De Soto Power Steering system rebuilt? Do you have to send it to a specialty shop or can it be done in most garages (yaa right)? Is there a kit available?

Mine cost me 350, I think to get rebuilt.. might have been 300... Think the place was Harry's. It is in the detroit area. Just search on google for power steering gear rebuild.
