I'd like to install a pushbutton shifted T-flight in my old truck. I would also like to use the more modern output shaft with the slip coupling. Can I ditch the rear pump and use a latemodel output shaft in the early model ('63) T-flite case? I'd be basically using the '63 case, new guts, as the input splines in the old trans won't match the converter I'm using. Also can I mix and match parts in the valve body, (use '63 upper portion with a newer separator plate and lower half? Dave

Well I sat down with 2 transmissions and started comparing stuff and I answered my own questions. Dave
