| hey guys , i have a 58 chrysler windsor i bought shoes for the car that measures 11x2x1/2 but they didnt fit can anyone tell me what possible other size they could be they say 50 on them where the 11x2x1/2 says 47, if some one could help me i would appreciate it. this is the second time the brakes didnt fit i realley need help |

Location: northern germany | i'm guessing you have the 1959 1/2 11x2.1/2" shoes unless your car has the optional 12" brakes. |

Location: Warren, Michigan | You could always keep the shoes you have and find a local place to have them re-lined.
I have a '58 windsor as well and felt like I paid through the nose with Andy Bernbaum. I got the right shoes from him. However the cylinders and springs were a different story. Not to mention the faulty master cylinder.... |

Location: Chestertown, NY ( near Lake George) | Lots of that stuff can be sourced from NAPA, I got wheel cylinders, and M/C overhaul kit from them, Kanter Bros for the shoes. |
