Is this a fair price for these wheel covers?
And if I buy them, are there companys that will
restore them for me??

No I hadn't see those. I really don't like the looks of the '59 spinner wheel covers.
I like the '57/'58 covers alot better but so must everyone else. I resently was a full
set of 15" '58 covers go for almost $600.00 but they were in excellant condition.
