Expert Posts: 1231 Location: York County, PA | It's a 1956 Dodge Mail Truck. The body by Faigeol Brothers. Not sure if that is the right spelling. I spelled it ***eol and it got flagged by the moderator, so I had to put the I in so they wouldn't flag it, I don't know who is that stupid Edited by ruchaven 2015-11-21 8:41 PM

Expert Posts: 1488 Location: New Castle PA | Just out of curiousity, how close are you to my daughter's place? She lives along Windsor Road on the way toward Red Lion, near the little golf course. Neat cars. Love the mail truck.

I am not American, but cannot understand what is obscene about a company name. Just a quick explanation of this. There is filtering built into the software that will flag certain words, even if those words are part of other words, and replace them with asterisks. This list is set up by the site's administrator. But the process is automated. Ron

Expert Posts: 1231 Location: York County, PA | 57desoto; I live about a 1/2 hour from Red Lion. I live about 7 miles south of York between New Salem and Seven Valleys. We are originally from the Blairsville and Greensburg area in Westmoreland County. Edited by ruchaven 2015-11-22 9:30 AM

Expert Posts: 1231 Location: York County, PA | I have a parts car for just about everything I have on the road. Trying to eliminate as many as I can. Not enough room for everything. Edited by ruchaven 2015-11-22 11:56 AM

Expert Posts: 1231 Location: York County, PA | That's another 1960 Dart, it's a 4 dr. ht. that has the whole bottom like Swiss cheese. I no longer have the strength to do any of the forming and welding that's required. I have enough parts to build the sedan and ht.. I am consentrating on the sedan because it is sound except for the floor pans and the one rear quarter. Edited by ruchaven 2015-11-25 9:23 PM

Expert Posts: 1231 Location: York County, PA | I would like to find a partner on the Mail Truck to do the forming and working on it. It has a Flathead 6 cly. with powerflite trans and right hand driving. All the glass is flat and easy to replace with regular flat auto glass. Who knows, I might get lucky.
