58 ply 2X4 intake with carbs--same as christine---has newer carbs---318 V8--PN-1827899-1----build date J-13-7------400 dollars obo---call 903-780-3266

Fairly obvious that this is a 'B'-motor intake and won't fit a 318 at all indeed.

Ahhh, but what I'd like to know is if it would fit a 440?

No...
Copy the partnumber and run it through Google. This usually gives a couple of clues of what a certain item fits.

Yes, if you use the spacers to run a "B" motor intake on an "RB" 440 engine....
