Expert Posts: 1267 Location: San Antonio TX | Through his extensive research he's found that this is a particularly rare model "Dodge." He's conducting his own thirty-day auction on Craigslist with an opening bid of $75000. If no one makes any bids, he's going to restore it himself and take it to Barrett Jackson so he can sell it for big bucks........... | ||

Elite Veteran Posts: 977 Location: Sydney, Australia | READ BEFORE REPLYING!!!!!!!!! 1959 DODGE DESOTO FIRESWEEP - if u are a classic car enthusiast this is the car for u. This vehicle has been in the family since production in '59, has been well kept over the years but still needs a little TLC to bring it back up to par. Motor still runs but hasn't been started since 2004, but ran great before storage, body is still solid, nothing but surface rust(very little), chrome is still excellent over entire vehicle, and needs new interior. Definitely a vehicle worth the restoration. I've done my research on this model Dodge and its a rare find, especially in such great condition, so I'm doing my own 30 day auction on this rare find and I'm opening the bid at $75,000 (cash only)... The best bid at the end of the 30 days of auction (if bid is excepted) will have 72 hours to close deal. If no buyers within 30 days of auction have shown interest NO PROBLEM. Will restore my self and take to Barrett Jackson Auction and get TOP $$$. If interested text bid to show contact info SERIOUS INQUIRY'S ONLY PLEASE.......
