It's a nice car. Looks like they forgot to install the 'electrically controlled windows' and 'airconditioning' when they reassembled the car.

Pw were not standard on the Fireflite for '55, were they? What's the genreal consensus on a '55 verses '56, a little less desirable?

1955 hands down. It's my favorite Desoto. I like the HT design more than the convertible. Don't really care about the value.

Location: Austria, Vienna		775 were produced in 55 compare to 1365 in 56. 56 is more like a fashion, 2 mark ups on the auctions and now evey one wants it. But there are many survived and many will be changed to clone last car at BJ. ( meaning color combo ). I know already at least 4 similar cars. Every body wants to touch a bit of Steve Stifler (aka Master ) ( a hero from my beloved comedy American Pie )

Location: Austria, Vienna		Got 56 vert last week as well and you know what??? - I will do BJ clone to dilute it's value ahahah:) as the colors on it were not original as well and it was a clone of Allen Faltus 56.
