Expert Posts: 1357 Location: Iowa USA | Wow, the material that is used to make these is a stock plastic at most plastic warehouses. I am pretty sure I still have a full 4X8 sheet in the rafters of the garage and it cost less than $100 for the whole sheet. Vacuum forming these is also a no brainer, My large machine should be able to handle any of these pieces and if not the new one I am building will. All that is needed is a pattern and they could be reproduced all day long for a hell of a lot less than that. If they are still available from another source then there is no need to remake them but if they are no longer available I am sure I can make them.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 6512 Location: Newark, Texas (Fort Worth) | I lucked out when I removed the swivel seat out of a 1959 imperial rust bucket. Shields were good. Little 1/4 sphere plates didn't fare so well! Marc.

They went on my former 1962 Chrysler 300 2 door hardtop with the optional leather seats with the front buckets.
