Subject: 1955 Plymouth Savoy HEATER HOSES WHERE DO THEY GO

I was wondering anybody could help me with a problem regarding placement of heater hoses. I took them off and can not remember where they go.I only remember that the top one goes to the water pump. I drew diagram, but kids and dogs got them.

I attached a picture and numbered the bibs 1 -4. I know that number 1 goes to the water pump. I need to know where the others go. I know that one hose needs to go the backside of block but which number.

If you can help or know somebody that does, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the picture. Is it different for Flat head sixes as opposed to V8's. I have a picture of my car from a long time ago and the only thing I can see is that the number 1 bib went to the water pump. In your photo the bib I labeled number four (4) goes to the water pump. Is there a difference between motors?

It does not matter which way the water flows. The heater circuits are the same, V8 or six. The short, molded heater hose loop is Napa ECR 10700.

IN MY NUMBERED PICTURED I CAN PUT #4 to waterpump and #1 to backside of block for better placement of hoses correct
