Congrats Simon on a 6-Page spread in May 2013 Issue of "Classic American Magazine"..

A very nice read up on both your 56 Chrysler and 57 Desoto..

If members here in the UK dont normally buy the Mag, Then they should this month.. Nice to see FORWARDLOOK mentioned for a change..

Clive

Ha Ha Simon..

I Subscribe to the Magazine, Subscribers get the Issue ONE WEEK before they hit the Shops and it is cheaper.. Subscribers get the Mag sent out on the 2nd wednesday of the month , so we get it on the Friday (Today)..

Your 6 Page Spread starts on page 55.. Now go and subscribe for the next 12 months LOL,, Actually there is a Fathers Day 6 Month Subcription Offer with this Issue..

By coincidence Clive i subscribed this evening but i always thought you got it just a day early not a week. I have been buying this magazine since 1988, i could have saved a fortune as well. I will look forward to seeing my cars in the mag, it was from a photoshoot in September 2012. Simon

Funny you mention that Simon..

Just had a Photoshoot last weekend by the Magazine for my mates 58 Plymouth Fury (Christine Clone), Lee Day owns the Plymouth that had the Famous Fire at Donnies in Tennessee, I have finished the Car off and got it Roadworthy etc, They also took several PICs of my 59 Dodge, So unsure when they will go in the Magazine Or how the Write Up will be, As they may do it as a Double Feature Or Separate Spreads.
Will be a few Months away though

Clive

That's great Clive, i'll look forward to seeing both cars, you can't help but feel pleased with life if your car is in THE magazine, the photoshoot is a long affair though.
