Expert Posts: 1886 | I've contacted the owner for larger pictures. The car is about 4h away from me. Before I drive to view, I want to make sure it's not a mess. I'll post whatever I get.

I just mean that I think it will bring a higher price than that $5000 opening bid if it's solid. Looking forward to what Mike finds out.

Expert Posts: 1886 | This appears to be an incredibly solid car. It's not what I need at this time, but someone should really pick this up. Has a great driver body on it. I imagine with proper buffing, could be a great 10'. I had interest because I have a coral 58D, but just have too many cars right now. Someone buy this thing.

Posts: 19146 Location: bishop, ca | I think that the 160 (iirc) 1958 Buick grille 'squares' are permanently attached to the grilles, and, so, require only a whole lotta work in individually polishing/de-pitting them. But the IMP's grille is a Rubiks Cube's assembly of individual parts and pieces. Edited by d500neil 2013-06-14 5:39 PM

Veteran Posts: 298 Location: Nashville, TN | It looks like a lot of trim molding didn't line up too well or something. the doors don't seem to line up too good either...but it sure is a nice car. I'd like to see some interior pics as well. I didn't see a factory coolerator(A/C) either. I keep looking at it...then I look at my back yard, whose car cup runneth overalready. I need to stay away from ebay for the next few days.
