looking for a set of finned aluminum valve covers , cal custom or edlebrock , for a 1961 361 ?

You may also go to Pep Boys - O'Reilly's or the like to purchase a set of their finest 361 to 440 Valve Tappet Covers and then fill in/ detail the two lower and outer holes to appear as if nothing ever was there.
