Expert Posts: 1348 Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | I stopped and took pictures of a couple classics I saw yesterday for sale, if any one has any interest. The Rambler wagon is in Royersford, Pa. At quick glance, it looks to be compleat and fairly original. Color looks to be black and white[always a nice combo]. It has been out there for a month or so. Wagons with fins are hot right now. Phone #610-636-6795 on window it a little hard to make out. Just saw the 1962 Chrysler 300 yesteday. No idea how long it has been for sale. Looks like an inexpensive older paint. Interior looks OK. Chrome is faded and I think it has rocker panel issues under the paint but i am not an expert at appraising. Expert Posts: 1348 Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | I cruised over to Macungie, did a lap around the outside. It looked like the perfect day and crowd but I am not really into setting around at shows. After 2 years and finally getting my car back, I wanted to cruise. Ended up putting on around 100 miles instead. I'm still getting off on the rush. I'm just loving the responce and how the car came out. I haven't had this much fun in a car since Sally Simpson. I stopped in a local pub with a nice deck and parked next to a really sharp 1969 Z-28 and an equally nice 1970 440 Duster. Everyone took good looks at the muscle cars and then walked all around mine taking pictures. They all smiled and most said they had never seen one of these before. When I take my 67 GTO out, I get offers to buy it once a week or so. I have had my Suburban for 7 years and never once was asked if I wanted to sell it yet it draws more pictures, stares, and questions then any car I have ever owned.

Expert Posts: 2312 Location: Arizona | I found the same thing. If I drive my 69 Firebird 400 I'll sometimes get a look, occasionally a comment, no one takes photos. WHen I drive the Matador I get looks, thumbs up, comments, sometimes a very small crowd, often photos taken. Personally I'm not a "look at me" type person but I must admit I do enjoy seeing how much other people enjoy seeing my icon from another time.
