Location: Northen Virginia		Kilo is surely referring to the kilometer/hour speedometer because this is an export car. The number is unknown, "22" is a part number for a 1962 cars, I could also be an export code.

An OLD friend who worked for Chrysler said it identified the assembled dash so it would be mated to the correct car.
