Subject: Chrysler Build Record Requests Temporarily Denied




Made a build record request in Feb 2014 and included proper payment and proof of ownership. Reply from Chrysler Historical Service (CHS) stated they were "...temporarily not answering requests due to limited staffing" and returned my check/payment. On a more positive note, CHS also indicated I could re-submit after April 21, 2104 and that they now have my proof of ownership on file.

I am including the Information Request denial letter from CHS dated Feb 21, 2014 .

Location: Arizona		I just got mine in the mail too. I wish they had just kept it till they got to it. Now they've wasted a stamp and I'll have to waste one sending it back. And come april they are going to get a flood of them sent in.....

Location: Buena Park, CA		The Build Record requests are now being fulfilled. My Feb request was also sent back. Mailed my new request on 4/18 trying to time its arrival for 4/21. Looks like it got to Chrysler Historical on 4/23 and they fulfilled my request on 5/5/14 with a 5/6 mail date.
