| Can anyone tell me what front fenders will interchange with a 55 Royal 4 dr? Will 53 Coronet ones work? I guess that is what I am asking what years will work? All when doing sheet metal replacement how think should it be? Thanks |

Location: Heaven Above (Formerly Oklahoma City,OK) | Fenders and core support of '55 and '56 should interchange, but you may have to do a little metal work where the badges/letters fit the different models. I find this based on the different style script used on the two years. Inner fender panels should interchange.
Otherwise, find a salvage yard with his older Hollander interchange manual. It'll tell you in a NY minute, with no guess work. . . . . .

Location: Hay Lakes, Alberta, Canada | According to Hollander 25th edition, all 1955 and 1956 Dodge front fenders interchange. There will, of course, be differences for trim holes, as was previously mentioned. |

Because of the present condition of any 1955'ish front fenders that you may find - their purchase price and the shipment cost to you equal the cost of you re-moving
what you have and taking them to a place for "fixing up" and then bolting them back on.

| Thanks everyone,
Yes Rodger I have thought about pulling them but if I could luck up and find some in good shape within the state it would be a good day trip.
