Sounds like the odometer has been rolled back in the past...

Hi
So why is it so hard to believe that it might really be 13 thousand miles??? The car looks straight, complete and reasonably rust free ...that alone is worth a lot...granted the price would reflect a hardtop in the same condition for a two door sedan the market value is a touch less...still, considering the time and effort I spent on body work on mine, had something like this car surfaced I would have seriously considered it.

Always warms my heart to see a car hanging off a set of forks.....

Plus I love it when someone tells me a car 'needs restored'. I am a huge believer in not wasting resources and the way they avoided wasting a 'to be' shows me they are also dedicated to our ecology.

Come on Greg, how else you going to move it with the flat tires and brakes locked up? Actually I've seen shots of Big M moving cars around like that.

I quit buying odometer readings on cars a long time ago. Not sure when the last time was I asked someone what the mileage was.

Well, an extremely low mileage car SHOULD have a few physical/mechanical things 'going' for it (or not...).

If 'not', then it's certainly not worth any purchase premium.

This car's steering wheel looks fine (dirty, only), and for 13K miles, its brake and clutch pedals should look fine, too.

Its dash face looks 'new', but its upholstery looks horrible.

A 2-door sedan is not going to command any great price, unless it looks like what Ms. Belvie SHOULD have looked like.

Unless the steering wheel has been repainted the milage has to be actual.
