Location: Kansas City		Recently I called John at Big M about some trim I was seeking and he had what I was looking for. Unfortunately when it arrived it was for a sedan and not a hardtop, after all the two pieces are very similar. Nevertheless, John was quick to correct it and sent me the correct part within days. It was nice to deal with someone who was quick to respond when it was needed. I would highly recommend Big M to anyone.

Location: atlanta		I feel ya, I recently asked about a 53 Coronet 4 door He had for sale, when the car arrived it was the wrong car, he sent me a 57 Chrysler convertible instead, when I called him, he said he doesn't make mistakes, and just keep the car, if ya like it. :-)

Gotta agree, being stuck down here in Australia I'm in no way able to get anything for my car down here, I've spent quite a few $$$$ on getting NOS/ and used parts from the US from a lot of places and by far the best guy I've ever dealt with was John at Big M.

I wish there were more sellers out there like him, a true gentleman.

Location: Edmonton, Alberta		Absolutely! I drove from Alberta to California in January this year to pick up a number of things from John. He was fantastic to deal with and he had everything that I was looking for. His guys took care of all the heavy lifting so to speak, and I was free to roam the yard, and pull the small stuff that I was looking for. His prices are fair and I have all the goodies to finish off the car now.

I'd strongly recommend him to anyone here.

Location: London, England		I got a small box of parts from him the other day. Exactly as promised and he didn't even charge me for a small clip and grub screw that I needed! I'm in the UK, so I really have to trust descriptions and feel I can really trust him. Great guy and I wouldn't be able to finish my car without him.
