Do you want the hard mounted Seven Blade Cooling Fan That was with all A-318's or The Seven Blade cooling Fan that was only used with the 361 or 383's ?

Chris, as per our PM, I checked my 61 file and found nothing of interest regarding the A/C or the clock.

Except, that the clock's individual option code is 299, and that it was included in the "Appearance" Accessory Group #304, which included the
'plain' wheel covers and the stone shields.

The A/C was available in two iterations: single or dual [on the wagons, only, naturally] and with both versions being N/A with
the manual transmission, the Rammie engine, or the Polara with standard steering.

The code for the A/C is 311 and the Dualie is 312.

Not much help, but that's all I've got on the 61 Dodge A/C or clock.

Here's a couple views of the 7-blade fan; the fan has the JAG fan clutch attached to it in these photos.

You can get fans from your closest junk yard - I run a more "modern" 5-blade fan from some 70 whatever Mopar - cheap, silent and good

I think I have one. I bought one to keep as a spare but would probably part with it.
