Very cool. I remember the Astro-Dome well. I thought it was the most attractive instrument package that had ever been designed. It was very distinctive after dark. There hasn't been designed a better looking instrument package since in my opinion, on any car from any country.

I love the Astradome as well, having owned a 62 Chrysler 300, and now the 60 Saratoga, but I also owned a 60 Polara for 21 years and THAT dashboard and steering wheel are also, right out of this world.

I remember the first time I saw that cluster. I was about 12. It blew my mind!

My Astradome. First photo was taken by a photographer and purposely blurred!

The Astradome is nice, real nice, but the 1960 Imperial dash is superior, in my (biased) opinion

See my dash here.

That '60 Imperial dash is really nice, as well as everything else about your car...nice pics. I just find myself partial to the Astradome. It just captures that iconic space age feel so well. I found a working one for sale on ebay in my home state...I would just need the rest of the car to go with it.

Can someone please save the pics from this auction to this thread for future reference? Check out the bids, over $600 so far.

Steve.

I do like it

But it went for $685

Wow

Then again, look at how much an aero steering wheel is

Hope the new owner is happy
