For a 57 Desoto will the 1/4s from a sedan work to make patch panels for the wheel opening lip on my 4 door hardtop? I believe they will but I'd like you guys to verify that for me before I go crazy with the cutting wheel at the bone yard.

Yes, all the wheel opening lips are the same, 57-59, for all DeSoto and Chrysler cars.
