Location: Perth Australia | I am not in any hurry yet, but these fenders have been on ebay for a long time and i have thought about buying them
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321565035757?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&s...
Problem is where they are (New york state)
I got a shipping quote from a guy that I have not used before and it was around $1200 au, which is wayyyy to much
I have had stuff shipped from LA that was bigger (bench seat + panels ect from John Big M) that cost about 1/3rd that much
The fenders on mine are restorable, but will require a lot more than what the repair sections available can do, so, anyone have a really good set they will let go of (in the future) around the LA area?
Once the dodge is done (hopefully on the road in a month or so), it will be time to get back into doing the plymouth

Mick,
I'm using this company here Mick
http://usatoaus.com/
They will ship to all major Aussie ports and their prices are good.
They have a warehouse in Vancouver WA but they also have one on the Us east coast as well which might make it easier for you.
When you call, ask for " Indy " , she's from the US now living here and is excellent and understanding to deal with in my experience so far.
Cheers,
Terry. |
