Location: WHEELING,WV.>>>HOME OF WWVA | i had a chance at one in 1967 and the same car in 72 , 26,000 mi on her in 67 . first time was in washington pa. at a dealership . perfect body , interior , tires , everything was perfect even the straight eight . it once belonged to the
man that owned coen oil , in wash. pa. . price then was 150$ . we bought a 57 chevrolet 235 , 2 dr. sedan instead , beautiful car
second chance a family friend had bought the car , drove it for a while and had it for sale for the same price 150$ . so i made a deal to trade the 57 even up for the 50 . the 57 by that time had 105,000 on her and had gone
through the mill , even a trip to the left coast and back . as things happen i didn't act quick enough for the trade and he sold it for 175$ , it ended up in texas --------------------------------------later |
