I was not expecting the quilting pattern to show through, but I dont mind it

Are you installing speakers in the back panels? I might add a pair to mine when it gets done but I do not want to cut holes in the back I might get the surface mounts but hide them under the seats

Yes

The 2 that are going in the back are for the modern radio and the center hole is for a rear defogger

I am using the original speaker grills

The original radio will be is connected to a center speaker in the dash
