Member Posts: 5 | Hey everyone. This is my '55 Windsor Deluxe. It was already converted to 8v when I bought it. I wont be doing a resto or anything expensive to this car, but I have done a good tune up, replaced the plugs and battery, built door panels, started a headliner, replaced an exhaust manifold, changed the oil pan gasket and plan on dropping it a couple inches. Its not for a purist, I like my cars my way. I also have 2 VWs completely torn down I am building into a Volksrod, a 4runner daily driver that is Off Road capable and a Harley Davidson 1200 Sporty I built into a mild bobber. Anyways, just wanted to say hi and get to know everyone. - Chachi. Edited by Paperweightnate 2015-03-06 12:32 AM

Member Posts: 5 | 2007 Sportster 1200 Low. Forward controls, shaved fork reflectors off, 16" Burley apes with internal wiring, Removed horn, Stage 1 Screaming Eagle pipes, Modified Mustang solo/double separates for a 3.1 gallon tank (seat now fits up onto the tank, really cool), Flipped mirrors, relocated front blinkers, thermostat dipstick, ride free gas cap.. ect. Future plans: 2"tank raise, lay down license plate frame, possibly relocate speedometer to old horn location. Not much else I really want to do to her but ride. Edited by Paperweightnate 2015-03-07 11:33 PM

It's obviously your baby, now, but you might think about hopping it up, mechanically, so that it still LOOKS stock...or has 3-deuces/dual quads/stiffened suspension, like a moonshiner-mobile...a vintage-looking hot rod----thanks to those bad-ass looking tires that you've got on it, now. Car looks mean, in black.
