I found a late 50's early 60's cast iron V-8 4bbl Mopar intake lying inside the back of a 1960 Plymouth wagon. It is a non-spread bore intake with cast number 1731703-1 and a small number that shows H-137. It has the DPCD emblem on it. The intake is nice, has no damage to flanges. Will clean up nicely. I need to properly identify it in order to sell it.

Thanks for the response. You also responded when I found the first 2 intakes back a few years ago. Somebody was stashing Mopar parts inside the back of the wagon. I found a couple of grills, intakes etc. There are also a few 2 bbl intakes and carbs in there along with a slant 6 intake still in there. Now, question is does it fit any other early hemi engines and what is the value of the intake? I swap parts to afford the things I need for my projects. I am a Buick, Pontiac guy and my current project is a 1968 Grand Prix which is underway.

There are also 2 Dart Phoenix there cars along with a 60 Plymouth wagon, a couple of Belvedere's and a Fury. Not much left to the Fury. There are still some good parts on them. There is a driver quality rear bumper on a 1957 Belvedere that looks like it could be bolted right on a driver car and used as is.

Also its '55 331 & '56 354. Value is not more than $100.

That is pretty much what I thought. That is what I was looking to ask for it. I knew it would not be high dollar. It would pay for a couple of mufflers I was planning to buy for the 68 Grand Prix.

I am going back to the yard to pull more parts from the cars I found. Would carbs and 2 bbl intakes be worth anything. I would think the original 2 bbl carbs would be nice for rebuilders and parts too. What carb was on that intake originally?

Not much value for the 2 bl intake & little demand except for those doing a resto. My understanding is that 2 bl carbs in good shape are hard to find, something about hot gasses in the heat crossover doing damage. The 4 bl carb would be a WCFB.
