Location: Arizona		You seem to have answered your own question. Or as you asking how do you know when you have them actually aimed correctly? I just park the car on the street so I can see where the headlights "hot spot" hits. Aim the low beams so they hit the pavement a hundred feet or so ahead. Aim the high beams so you can see them illuminate the license plate of a car two blocks away and make sure they are parallel with the side of the road and the center of it.
