WAAAYYYYYY too much bling for my taste!! Get rid of the continental kit, the luggage rack , the spot light, the quad exhaust tips!! And what's with the front fender two toning - a red strip below the horizontal molding!?

That continental kit is the ugliest add-on you could do to a car like this. If he wanted an ugly Lincoln, he should have just got one.

yeah and the trunk and back seat can carry the same load as a semi truck, lets put more on the trunk rack and get that tire out of the trunk! takes up to much space in there! are they moving houses in the trunk?

Who in their right mind thought about drilling holes in a likely good shape trunk for a luggage rack!? I can live with the dealer option continental kit but this one is a home made disaster. Nothing says luxury like diamond plate… Other than that I think it's a really nice car.

On the plus side........... maybe it has a really good hydraulic suspension for bouncing and 3 wheel turns.

Designers and stylists have that title to their name, for a good reason. They know what they're doing. This is utterly tasteless IMHO! Sorry to be harsh!
The only car that I've ever seen and liked with a Continental Kit attached, is on a 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook convertible.
The kit lengthens out a short car very nicely. This is it
.

It has the shell of the brake booster installed upside down. There is an underdash AC housing that appears to be being used to mount an old push button radio with a new radio laying on the floor in front. They put two 90 degree elbows in the heater hose just so it wouldn't "curve". Strange collection of decisions on what things to do right and what to do not so right.

Add the backward installed lancer emblems on the front fenders.

I think it actually has a booster under the booster, its a bit hard to tell, but looks like a chrome one there?

Certainly pretty, but pretty strange as well

You're right, there does seem to be a chrome booster under the red booster. It's an inline type booster since the MC is on the end of it. I'm going to guess that he sealed up the the old booster shell and is using it as a secondary vacuum reservoir for the chrome booster.

I saw that too, very very strange the way the car is "pit thegither", as My Scots alter-ego would say.

It is very instructive and inspiring to read these straightforward, open minded comments.
Not only - it is as well a divertment. Thanks to the posters!

Most owners may become blinded reading only positive, friendly compliments.

I liked to get such critisism too about my 1959 Dodge Custom Royal Convertible.
Then I could see the car with other eyes!

Sermey, I have no criticisms about your car!! Although it has many upgrades that are non stock, they are mostly invisible, or very subtle, and your car is gorgeous and done with immeasurable taste!!

Just unbolt the continental kit, remove the luggage rack and repair the boot lid.
Back to a respectible car.
