I got the driver's side buffed last night. I still need to hit it a little bit more to remove some haze.

Wow, that looks GOOD!

All of that VERY hard work sure has been worth it. What a great, beastly, shiny black car!

I finally have the car all buffed out and I'm starting to put the trim on. I can't wait until I get my elbows from John.

I like the way it looks with the Auto Drag on the front and the steelie on the back. Looks tough.

I'm getting close to having it all together. Wish I had some better bumpers. I guess I better start saving my money for some.

If thats as cleaned up as you can for the bumpers, maybe some of that chrome wrap on them for now?

I havnt seen it used on bumpers, but the thought has crossed my mind

One thing to look at/check-out, with a re-chromed bumper, is its inner sides and surfaces, to see how much, if any,
banging-out and straightening work that that item required, as part of its 'restoration'...and, also, it will
show the attention to detail that the repairer/chromer exhibited in his work product.

This inspection is very informative, and is akin to looking a (gift-) horse in the mouth...to check on its age and
health status.

Finally got the car out to a show. I still have some stuff to do but it was nice just to see it out with other cars.
